Erickson Living Move-in Coordinator in Fairfax, Virginia
Location:
Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living
Join our team as a Move-in Coordinator, handling the logistics of resident move-ins and coordinating with external vendors for apartment customization. You will interact with residents, family members, department managers, and various external professionals.
Compensation: $29 per hour

How you will make an impact
Support the Welcome Home Representative’s role by providing behind the scene coordination of the move-in process.
Manage the logistics and scheduling related to new resident move-ins.
Coordinate with other community departments details of the moving in process.
Oversee moving day arrangements, including meeting and directing movers, parking, locking elevators, posting move-in signs, and problem-solving for residents when moving logistical issues arise.
What you will need
Experience as a care provider serving the senior population preferred
Analytical skills to evaluate problems and develop alternative solutions related to resident transition and move-in/out
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and variety of software programs
Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
