As a Strategic Marketing Coordinator at Erickson Senior Living, you’ll play an important role in supporting the implementation of best-in-class strategic marketing plans and solutions designed to inspire our customers and stand out from the competition. You’ll take part in strategy meetings, collaborate with our internal Creative and Production teams, and support your team members in the execution of campaigns and tactics and report on the results.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $50,000/ annually
How you will make an impact
Manage the implementation of quarterly enterprise marketing campaigns and strategic marketing plans, including reporting, developing and maintaining spreadsheets, and managing communications to ensure information is accurate and timely
Assist in the implementation of strategic objectives to meet both the community and company goals to ensure the intended strategy is reflected in creative execution
Support regular marketing communication efforts with sales, creative, and production partners
Complete reports and communications related to results tracking and tactical budgets
Create project requests and manage projects to completion within the job management platform in partnership with the marketing operations team to ensure proper workflow and adherence to timelines
What you will need
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or other related major is required
One or more years of relevant experience or internship experience
Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
Comfortable with computer skills such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud-based database and reporting systems
